How to book a monthly rental
- Choose your category (Studio or One-Bed) on the home page.
- Select a floor and submit an enquiry with your dates.
- Our fair allocation engine assigns a Suite.
- Owner confirms within 48 hours.
- Pay 30% advance to confirm; balance on or before check-in.

Can I extend my monthly rental?
Yes, subject to availability. Please inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled checkout.
Is there a minimum stay?
Our monthly rentals start at 30 nights. Shorter stays of 3+ nights are available at higher nightly rates.
Can I change Suites mid-stay?
Subject to availability. A Suite-change fee may apply.
