Airport View Suites strives to meet the standards of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (India) and to follow the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines for web accessibility. We continuously review and improve both our digital and physical environments.

• Keyboard-navigable menus and forms.

• Colour contrast tested against WCAG AA standards.
• Reduced-motion support for users who prefer less animation.

3. Physical accessibility

• Ground floor Suites: Wheelchair-accessible entries and bathrooms (subject to availability — please request at booking).
• Lift: All floors accessible by passenger lift.
• Parking: Accessible parking near the main entrance.
• Pathways: Paved, well-lit walkways throughout.
• Emergency: Evacuation support available for guests with limited mobility.

Please advise us of any specific needs when booking so we can allocate the most suitable Suite.

4. Assistive services on request

• Priority Suite allocation for guests with disabilities.
• Assistance with luggage and orientation.
• Referral to medical equipment providers (wheelchairs, hospital beds).
• Staff trained to assist guests with reduced mobility.

5. Known limitations

• Some third-party embeds (Google Maps, YouTube) may not fully meet WCAG AA — we do not control their interfaces.
• Some older PDFs may not be fully screen-reader friendly.
• Video content may lack audio descriptions.
